As a Help Desk Team Lead at General Dynamics IT, I provided technical support and troubleshooting services, managing a database of over 650 computers with 100% asset management inventory and accountability. I also played a crucial role in implementing standardized desktop configurations and streamlining machine imaging and configuration processes.
My expertise extends beyond technical skills; I am renowned for my outstanding customer service and communication skills. As a Client Systems Supervisor in the United States Air Force, I trained and mentored new employees, resulting in a 50% reduction in training time. My proposed capstone project for my doctorate focuses on the perceptions of users on privacy and trust in cloud security, examining how these perceptions influence their decisions to share personal information.
